Monday the 5th around 12 o´clock. Amir Kabbani was calling me: Hey Simon whats going would you like to come with me to france to the Roc d´azur Festival? Me: Yeah for sure, sounds good. A.K.: okk if you come to me we can go with benno from Specialized. But he drives tomorrow at 10 o´clock. I think it´s the best when come today to me. Me: okk Amir i paint my kitchen and after that i will come. I packed my stuff did a good paint job in the kitchen, nooot. I put my bike in a big box cause it´s not allowes to travel with a bike in the ICE train.

I arrived at 1 am in munich, after a short fixinf session with my bike in the central station we went to amirs place.

The next we stayed for a 10 hours drive in the car to Frejus close to Nice in France.

The time there was super sick. Sunny days, 25-28° the hole week. and a lot of fun at the Sram booth with Elmar, Martin, Philipp and Dirk. In the evenig we killed some beers and had a lot of fun together.

And now?? I´m  back in Cologne and it´s soooo cold… damn!
